A deposit of 20% is required to confirm your booking, with the remainder due one month prior to your intended stay.
Bookings These terms and conditions govern all bookings made between the Guest and Island Time Villas Ltd (“Island Time”). The term “guest” includes the person making the booking and all people staying with the guest at Island Time including any person invited to the property by the guest or those staying with the guest.
Cancellations Cancellations made prior to 45 days of the commencement of the booking, will be charged an administration fee of $50 plus any bank-incurred charges. Cancellations made between 30-45 days of the commencement of the booking will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of the commencement of the booking will be liable for payment of the full accommodation cost (less any days resold). All cancellations must be received in writing. Island Time recommends that guests take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover you in the event of an unforeseen cancellation, once your booking has been confirmed.
Arrival and Departure Times Normal check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival. To access the villa from 6am-2pm an early check-in fee of $125 is payable. Normal check-out time is 10.00 am on the day of departure. For extended use of the villa from 10am to 6pm an additional fee of $125 is payable. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Access prior to 6am and after 6pm requires the payment of an additional night’s rate.
Services and Amenities The use of amenities and extra facilities provided by Island Time Villas Ltd such as kayaks, rental cars, swimming pools etc, are entirely at the guests' risk. Island Time Villas Limited accepts no responsibility for any injury to the guests or loss of their belongings as a result of using such amenities.
Responsibilities of the Guest The facilities and amenities of Island Time Villas are reserved for the exclusive use of those with a confirmed booking staying on the premises. If both villas have been booked by one group, exceptions to this rule may be granted but prior approval is required.
Guests are asked to be considerate of others staying on the property and there are to be no large gatherings/parties held on the property without prior approval.
A $200 bond (refundable) to cover breakages and additional cleaning may be requested of wedding groups occupying both villas.
Damage Guests are legally responsible for the cost of any repairs or replacement of items or property broken or damaged by them in the villa or on the property. The cost of repair or replacement will be payable to Island Time Villas Ltd. Breakages/damage are to be reported prior to departure.
Availability Should events arise beyond the control of Island Time and render the villa uninhabitable (ie. flood, fire, cyclone etc.) then Island Time may be forced to cancel the accommodation booking. However, should such circumstances arise Island Time will refund in full all monies paid in respect of the booking. The guest will have no further claim against Island Time Villas Ltd.
